Who can take a
sunrise, sprinkle it with dew, cover it in chocolate and a miracle or
two? Why, the Candy Man can, of course! We are excited to
announce that Haisley is going to produce a musical written
especially for elementary schools, WILLY WONKA Kids, based on the
book, “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” by Roald Dahl.
Performances will be May 2nd and 3rd, 2013.
AUDITIONS for fourth and fifth graders
to play the featured roles begin December 10th
both during and after school. Students must fill out an audition
information form, conflict calendar and have permission from their
parent/guardian. Students wanting to audition should sign up for a
time slot on the stage during lunch.
All first through fifth graders who
want to be involved in the musical either on stage in supporting
roles or off stage helping in other ways, must also get permission
but need not audition.
PARENTS, we would love to satisfy your
desire to work behind the stage in various roles, too!
